- October Beaver Bend OK 2008 – RAID/ Campout Scouts skills competition and Forestry sawmill museum tour
- November 2008 – Council Camporee / Texas Motors Speedway competition and camporee activities
- December 2008 – Lock ‘N at NWCC and activity at Main Event
- January 2009 – Camp Tahuaya Patrol advancement & skills weekend
- February 2009 – Trip to NASA and gulf coast trip with Challenger Space Shuttle and telescopes
